Update 1.0.1.22

We continue fixing issues related to space exploration, resolving crashes, and improving balance and combat systems.

Batteries for gear and ships can now be stacked up to 100 in your inventory!

Pirates have been tamed: they won’t be attacking empty ships and speeders anymore, and destroying their ships no longer causes crashes.

Crash fixes & improvements

  • Pirate ship crash finally fixed
  • Added Vulkan as graphics API - dedicated to people who see the Fatal Out of Video Memory crash. Make sure to restart the game once the API has been changed 
  • Fixed a crash related to the damage numbers and some resolution changes
  • Fixed a situation where the quest step of reaching the settlement would not trigger
  • Restored crafting consoles from the Knight’s requests when missing
  • Fixed the current quest marker not showing up in the galactic map for some tasks
  • Fixed railing not adjusting properly to some placing layouts

Ships & Space Travel

  • Batteries now stack to 100 in the inventory, the gear slots can house only one
  • Same goes for ship batteries
  • Fixed inaccessible systems like Tartaglione
  • Fixed a space crash triggered by odd planets positioning
  • Crashed ships will be present on planets of technology level 1 too
  • Fixed the situation in which a ship with very low damage could not be repaired and modified
  • Fixed a bug which caused ship batteries to disappear from cargo when the ship was going out of energy

Combat & Balancing

  • Pirates will no longer attack ships and speeders without a pilot
  • Fixed the turrets not fully aiming up or down towards their targets
  • Batteries no longer take damage when the player dies
  • Removed aggressive events and attack on player from creative mode

 Controls

  • Fixed the D-Pad selection of quick-slots in the ship editor
  • Fixed controller navigation in the ship appliances transfer interface
  • Invert pitch setting for character affects the ship editor too now
