Exploring Outer Space

In Cubic Odyssey Universe, a lot of interesting things are happening outside of planets. As soon as you repair your spaceship or buy yourself a new one, you can explore an endless space that has a lot to offer.

While you travel between planets and star systems in your spaceship, you can destroy asteroids, shooting them down to gather some valuable resources. Some of them are very rare and can only be obtained from a special type of asteroids. Disembark if you have your space suit and check them up close, but make sure to come back before you run out of oxygen — otherwise, you are going to suffocate.

In every star system, you can find a space station, where you will be able to trade with NPCs, recycle resources you don’t need, fix, build or upgrade your own ship, craft something needed for your journey, or simply take a break. Near every space station, there is a warp gate that allows you to travel between star systems.

Sometimes you may come across abandoned spaceships that you can repair and add to your collection. If your own ship is severely damaged, it might be the smart thing to change it and continue your journey in the one you just found.

Fight Red Darkness, as it consumes all life, making everything hostile. Even asteroids and planets may be possessed and try to kill you. But Red Darkness is not the only danger in Outer Space. You can come across some nasty pirates that desperately want to take away everything you have. There is nothing shameful in running away, but if you take them down, you can be the one that gets something out of the fight.

It is only a glimpse of what awaits you in the Outer Space in Cubic Odyssey. You can embark on this journey as soon as the game releases on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
