Your Inventory: Energy, Freedom, Exploration

Welcome, explorers of Cubic Odyssey! In this issue, we’ll talk about your character and their inventory. The right equipment determines how far you can go in your adventures.
Battery – the heart of your gear
Without energy, there is no movement, no exploration, and no defense. Batteries are a universal power source for all equipment: from the jetpack and mining laser to weapons. Even your ability to run in a spacesuit depends on them! If they run out, your equipment won’t shut down, but it will work much slower. However, over time, you’ll gain access to improved batteries with greater capacity—say goodbye to constantly searching for energy and carrying only what you need!
Jetpack – explore the world without limits
Overcoming obstacles and reaching new heights are essential parts of Cubic Odyssey. The jetpack allows you to take off instantly, avoiding complex climbs and tedious tunnel construction while mining resources. Upgraded versions consume less energy and provide a longer flight time—letting you hover in the air longer and reach even greater heights to explore new horizons.
Scanner – your guide to the unknown

Explore the world wisely! Your scanner helps you detect key points on the map: settlements, animals, enemies, and valuable resources. In space, it will lead you to asteroid belts, planets, stations, and warp gates. Your trusty drone has an even more precise scanner—it can locate the exact ore you need deep underground. No more searching for cobalt blindly—just ask QB-1, and it will show you the way!
Backpack – space under control
The more storage you have, the more resources you can carry. Upgraded backpack models allow you to store more items, while a handy filtering system prevents unnecessary clutter. Customize your collection settings—for example, exclude stone or dirt cubes, leaving them on the surface, and free up space for more useful items.
Get ready for thrilling adventures! In Cubic Odyssey, everything depends on you—what resources you take, what technologies you master, and how far you go in your journey into the unknown. Good luck, space pioneers!
